You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee of the product(s) price. Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer or carrier, are not eligible for return or refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. All other items must be returned at customer expense, unopened and undamaged, for a credit to be issued. Please call or e-mail us for approval before returning any merchandise. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm EST.
You should expect to get your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (in many cases you will get it faster). This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
